New Patients: We are now accepting new patients. Please click on this link to learn about our new membership program;

Flu shots: We now have the seasonal flu shots. We are recommending these for everyone but especially for children, people with chronic illnesses like asthma and anyone over age 65.
Please call our office to schedule a visit with the nurse to get the flu shot.

H1N1 flu shots: We have received our supply of H1N1 flu shots. At the present time we have enough for everyone who wants them.
The highest risk individuals who should especially consider getting the shot are:
Pregnant women
Children age 6 months to 24 years.
Adults age 25-65 who have chronic medical conditions such as diabetes or asthma.
Parents or caregivers of infants less than 6 months.
Health care workers

Please call to schedule an appointment with the nurse. Our nurse visits are not on our online scheduler.
