You can request refills online or by asking your pharmacist to fax us a refill request. If your refill requires a follow up appointment, please request an appointment online. Allow 48 hours for all refills to be processed. You must make sure you have enough refills on your medication between follow up office visits. Roscoe Village Family Physicians policy is to not refill medications at night or on the weekend unless it is an urgent situation. Please plan ahead, so you will not run out of medication. Please bring all of your medicine both prescription and over the counter, to every office visit |
